Isn't he a handsome boy? Einstein loves to chatter at you and follows me around most of the day. He is so curious you can definitely see where the "truism" came from. He's a funny, sweet boy, but he also likes to insert himself between Layla and I. I don't let him get away with it and Layla will lick his head and then smack him to let him know who's boss. *g*
Sundays are supposed to be a day of rest, but here today? No. We've been go-go-going since we woke this morning! Chris took Daughter to work this afternoon and I started with laundry and picking up the house. Since I'm a "everything has a place" person, you'd think that wouldn't take long. However, I live with three other people who believe in "where-ever it lands". *sigh*
After a late lunch I headed to Zumba and had a blast. We did a Zumba battle and I ended up being the "captain' of one team and almost laughed myself hysterical from embarrassment. And my face was red from exercising to begin with and turned even redder! (I'm fair skinned, if I'm embarrassed EVERYONE knows. *g*) But, I had fun.
Then it was off to pick up Daughter. I did kettlebells while there (brought mine from home) while waiting on her and even when she was late getting out I managed to get a little reading done in the jeep waiting for her. We dropped a few things off at the library, in the drop box, on the way home and then met up with Son and Chris.
Chris shampooed the landing and stairs and the couch for me today and since he wasn't quite done when we arrived home Daughter and I just picked up the grocery list and headed back out. We were dismayed to view the remains of a four car accident on the way to WW and it made me sad because you could tell someone had died just by the wreckage.
When we arrived home the guys helped us bring in the groceries and the night has gone on from there. I can say I'm TIRED. It's been a long day and tomorrow promises to be even longer. Daughter has to finish up the edits on the commercial the Teen Writing Club has made for the Summer Reading program and there's no telling how long that will take, though I am glad she's learning new things by doing all this.
Anyway, that's it. I still have to make my bed (washed linens today) and then grab a shower and climb in it. I hope y'all had a peaceful and Blessed Sunday. I wish a low-key and pleasing Monday for y'all. Goodnight and Sweet Dreams, B.
