Sunbeams and Napping!

Sunbeams must be nap inducing. Here is Butterscotch napping in one of the kitty houses. I thought it was sweet how the sun seemed to land on his paws. *g* (I want a better camera next year, though.)
Today has been chilly and tiring. We never made it out of the 40's today, whew! I don't think I ever warmed up! We had multiple errands to run today and I was so stressed that we wouldn't make it to most of them. But, things worked out. Daughter now has had a haircut (only two inches, you'd think a 13 year old would be more adventerous). While she was getting her hair done I left Chris and Son at the salon and walked down to Ulta, a cosmetic/perfume/salon/beauty supply store where I picked up a few stocking stuffers for her. (They had a sale of 5 items for $5, so I picked up a pack of finger nail files, a small compact mirror, sparkly nail polish, a small tin of lip gloss and a tube of hand lotion.) After that we headed to Mass and after Mass we headed to Marshalls. I'm looking for a black cardigan type sweater, but was out of luck. However, they did have Bluetooths there and we picked one up for Chris. Not bad considering it was only $15. I won't buy him a more expensive one anymore, this is his 4th. (He tends to kill them somehow.) After Marshalls we headed by Lowe's to pick up a replacement light (bulb AND casing) for the one Daughter broke last night. Only. No replacement. As a matter of fact they don't sell our light in our color anymore. *sigh* So! New lighting system for the kitchen. *sigh* I joked to Daughter on the way out that that was the most expensive light bulb I'd ever bought. After THAT we headed to WW where I needed graham cracker and whipping cream for the dessert I'm making for Thanksgiving. And I was ever so glad to go home after all that. Although, WW was unlike it's usual self. It was quiet. I've never been in WW when it was quiet before.
But, we made dinner and am now relaxing in the LR. It's almost time for bed. *G* Oh, I did finish the Christie Craig book. It was very entertaining and enjoyable. There were funny scenes and whew! Sexy scenes. There were of course a few "that man is an idiot" scenes, too. *G* All in all, a good read. *g* My only problem with today is that I wasn't able to get by the UBS. I only have one more book and then the library better get on the ball! *G*
Anyway, I hope that y'all have had a relaxing and fun Saturday. I wish y'all a peaceful and low-key Sunday. Goodnight and Hugs, B.
Exercise: I did a lot of walking today, but that's about it! *G*
